This powerful opening reminds us that Jesus has always existed, co-eternal with God the Father. As I read these words, I'm reminded that the same Word that created all things came to dwell among us.
"In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind." — John 1:4
Jesus brings both life and light—illuminating our path and giving us true life. In my daily reading, this verse reminds me that no matter how dark the world may seem, His light continues to shine.
The Book of John has been a source of strength and wisdom throughout my spiritual journey. Its profound insights into the nature of Christ and His teachings have guided me through both joyful and challenging seasons.
As Deuteronomy 33:25 promises, "As thy days, so shall thy strength be." I've found this to be true as I immerse myself in Scripture—each day brings new challenges, but also new revelations and the exact strength needed for that day.
