Look within
The heart is always
becoming.
A life is formed long before it is seen. Beneath our words and outward ways, the heart keeps company with thoughts, desires, fears, and beliefs. What we continually welcome within does not remain hidden. In time, it becomes the way we see, choose, speak, and live.
A quiet response
Notice what remains
Become still enough to hear the thought that returns most often. Do not defend it or condemn it. Simply bring it into the light and ask: is this thought forming the life God desires for me?
